1. What Wintick is

Wintick is a case-management and concierge service. Wintick is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not practice law. Attorneys are independent professionals who decide whether to accept your case and handle the legal work themselves.

2. Pricing

We add a flat 20% service fee on top of the attorney's quote. You see both numbers — the attorney fee and the service fee — before you authorize payment. There are no hidden charges, no subscriptions, and no add-on fees.

3. Refund policy

You may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment, provided your court date is at least 7 days away and no attorney work has been performed on your case. After that window, refunds are not available because the attorney has been engaged.

4. No guarantees

Outcomes vary. Most cases are reduced to a non-points violation; some are dismissed; some are not. We do our best, but we cannot promise a result.

5. Communication

For your protection and ours, the attorney communicates with you primarily through Wintick. If you need a confidential direct call with the attorney, you may request it from your dashboard.
